Parents Television Council Calls New Sitcom ‘Sexist Hedonism’
By Alex Cranz
Parents Television Council? Buddies. We need to not have a chat.
Mainly because I’m pretty sure you don’t understand some words.
Now I know you saw the delightful Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23 and felt compelled to complain about it. You called it a “sexist mixed bag of hedonism, drug-use, alcohol abuse (including the main character plying a 13-year-old boy with alcohol to get him drunk) and explicit levels of promiscuity that are shocking even by today’s broadcast TV standards.”
Good for you. You’ve just described a very funny, misanthropic farce.
