    1. Ohhhh man the awkward. Martin Short was on Today and Kathie Lee was all “How is your wife? She is the best. I love her. You guys have the most perfect marriage in Hollywood. You have loved her with the passion of a true soul mate for so many years!” and everyone in American died as Martin Short faded into a sad nothing because HIS WIFE HAS BEEN DEAD FOR TWO YEARS. Wow. Someone is getting fired for that one. I hope it is me. [E!]

I’m really torn about this, because on the one hand, Jessica Simpson is a mother-fucking BUSINESS WOMAN, all making deals from nothing and having millions of dollars and in a way the 4 million she is taking from Weight Watchers is just cheddar, but on the other hand it makes me sick and sad to think that someone who I – for reasons unknown to even myself – admire would continue to support this baseless – and dangerous – notion that a new mom MUST lose all of her weight immediately and if possible be smaller and better looking than before.
