Guys This Trailer For The Movie From The Clueless Lady Has Topless Matthew Crawley In It

Okay, I was excited about Vamps. It’s written and directed by Amy Heckerling who will get an eternal pass for writing and directing Clueless. It stars Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter and Sigourney Weaver and Justin Kirk and every time it was explained to me as “vapid vampires living it up Sex in the City style in New York” I’d get pleasant flashbacks to the Kristy Swanson Buffy where she killed Pee Wee Herman and also Hilary Swank.

However in all my dreams of this movie possibly being some super awesome Buffy/Clueless smorgasboard I missed out on realizing Dan Stevens, aka Matthew Crawley, aka the rare blond dude I lust for, was in the movie.

And he’s basically a lead character.

And also maybe descended from a long line of vampire slayers.

And Wallace Shawn plays his dad.

And his hair is super floppy.

That’s pre-hooker Hugh floppy guys.

Why is this movie not in theaters RIGHT NOW? (It’s in theaters November 2nd and then on DVD November 13 so you barely have to wait to watch a film genetically engineered for women between the ages of 25 and 40.)
