Dad Hacks Donkey Kong So The Gal Saves The Guy

I don’t care how common it will become as we move further and further away from iconic games like Zelda and Donkey Kong and hacking them becomes easier and easier. Every parent who a) introduces these classics to their kids and b) hacks them so their daughters can play the heroine and rescue the hero will be a champ in my eyes.

Mike Mika’s been playing old games with his three-year old daughter. She loves Donkey Kong but wanted to play as Pauline instead of Mario. Because Mike Mika is an enterprising dad he hacked the game so she could do just that. Mad props to you dad.
