The thing about Crusher is she gets no respect you know? Everyone geeks about Data or Picard or the lecherous ways of one William T. Riker but Crusher is off saving the day when Geordi couldn’t and slapping Wesley and have smoldering sexual tension with Picard and generally being the best damn character ever.

So to see that someone is continuing Crusher’s adventures in the form of her action figure is fantatic.

That it’s Gates McFadden herself doing it while she’s working as the Artistic Director at Ensemble Studio Theater in LA and that she’s dubbed it the adventures of 1/8 Gates?

That makes it the best thing ever.
