Howling Commando: James Montgomery Falsworth. Cap saved the Howling Commander in the 1st Avenger. Dum Dum Dugan refers to Peggy as Ms. Union Jack in Agent Carter season one. Falsworth (by namesake) is the alter ego of the Union Jack. Union Jack is sort of the Captain America of the UK. So this would giver her someone saved by Cap, knows that she is a strong woman, and shares a UK background.
